About us

Kennel Pavek´s was established at 1996. At the beginning I am used to breed American Staffordshire Terriers and I was adviser for this breed in AST Club of Czech Rep. Then I came to breeding and training of miniature / kaninchen wirehaired dachshunds, later standard wirehaired dachshunds too. Now I am showing my dogs and participate all kinds of shows and exams and working championships of gundogs with them. I was from 2004 2 years vice - president of the Czech Dachshund Club. I am active huntsman, and judge for trials for dachshunds and terriers. My wife Lenka helps me a lot with showing and training my dogs. From the year 2008 my wife Lenka is breeding english cockers under kennel name Pavek´s (before she used kennel name "ze Zaluzi") Dachshunds from us are in many kennels owned by our friends, located in Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Netherlands, Ireland, Canada.
